As a first-time blogger, I am freaked out that people can actually see what I'm writing. I started this blog to satisfy a requirement for a class I'm currently taking to update my teaching license. It has been fun thus far, so we'll see if I continue it after the class is completed. You may have created a MONSTER BLOGGER!

cool: monster blogger is great. Yeah it is a little odd knowing everyone can read this, but you can set it up for limited access - but frankly I don't think it makes any real difference in that there is SO MUCH on the web, who'd really care about one more blogger out there? Self-publishing is actually a very strong impulse; we don't like being ignored in life, do we?
